Once you're ready to fight, head as far north as you can in the room with the four chests and the door to the boss will open up. Once you're down there, you'll find four golden chests that aren't guaranteed to drop any items, two locked Treasure rooms that have the option of two items you can choose from, and a Shop that contains six items.
